Pili Nuts is one of the major local produce and export of Bicol. The local usually eats the out pulp by boiling it and then extract the hard-shell-like seed then crack it open to get the pili nut.

Crispy Pili which is one of our major products is the most common Pili Products exported. You might typically see this in souvenir shops in the region usually packages in plastic jar container or small plastic pouches. What makes our Crispy Unique is that we prepare it to more light and crispy and lessen the sugar which typically used to make the product heavier. Even my younger brother who is not really a fan of local snacks keeps on emptying 100grams bags in one seating.

Molido- which is our second product is a little more close to our hearth, primarily becuase it is a recipe passed down in our family which was taught by grandfather to my mother and now to me. It very nostalgic as I remember my grandfather prepare this snack on special ocassion and I would always eat the "Tinabas" which is term for scrapes from cutting it into perfect squares. This family recipe is not only precious but also very delicious. If you are looking for a milky and chewy snack then this is definetly perfect for you
